Hello LittleKid & Welcome to Sevenforums!

Can you take a picture of your Network and sharing center? You'll find that in your Control Panel.
Also make sure there ain't problems with your routers connection.

Could you please post back with a few more details about your set up. What type of computer do you have, desktop or laptop, how do you connect to the Internet is it via Wireless or Ethernet.

Who is your ISP and do you use a router, make model etc:

Have you checked with your ISP to see if they are having problems at their end.

More details will help the experts to fix your problems, oh and Welcome to the forum.

If you can replace it and see if it's working, then it'll be solved.
Glad it's not a router etc problem.

    Best Regards,

Is your Internet problem solved now ? If yes please reply so we can mark this thread as solved and you can then start a new thread in the appropriate sub forum for your sound problem, remembering to give all the details about your machine.
