Start up issues

Hi there, whenever i start up my computer, windows seems to disable both my sound and network drivers, so everytime i start my computer i have to go into device manager and disable, then enable my network controller (for the internet) and my creative soundblaster card so they start working again.

This is very annoying, also the time it takes for my computer to load is ridiculous, what could be wrong, do i have a virus?
