Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Port Forwarding Issues. (Out of ideas)

If this isn't the specific section for it i'll take my question somewhere else, but I figured this would be the closest. I've spent hours searching high and low for my issue, here and there i'll find someone post the problem but no answer is ever posted.

I can't open any ports, everything is perfect port forwarding is enabled, hell I even enabled DMZ on my router. Works on my laptop (XP Operating System) and on my Xbox Live. Only doesn't work on this computer.

    Information - Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit
    Static IP set.

WRT54G Router with the most recent firmware updates.

Ports are fowarded, double/tripple checked to make sure they're correct.

DMZ is enabled (Enabled it after I couldn't just get regular port forwarding to work)

Windows firewall is off @ all 3 levels. (Domain, workgroup, and local I think they're called)

    No antivirus/malware/spyware anything protection on.
Went to msconfig, disabled everything on startup, disabled IPV6.
    Windows defender is also disabled.

I simply can not think of anything else to disable.

To check i've been using Portfoward.com's PFPortChecker and Canyouseeme.org just as a doublecheck.
If anyone cares to help me, i'll take pictures of all my settings.
I've probably sunk a good 5 hours into this issue.

It also only seems to be a windows 7 64 bit issue from what i've read.

The acctual software i'm trying to foward ports for is GGPO. It's 6000 - 6009 UDP and 7000 TCP.

I've already talked to Cisco's Live chat support and they weren't really a big help either.

Please, I'm at my wits end.

    Hello Smilax,

Can you provide screen shots of your routers open ports? Can you also do an ipconfig /all on your PC and post the results. This will help us track down the problem.

    Thanks
