When i open a RDP from the laptop to my desktop upstairs the screen is full size on the laptop but the icons and everthink is small, can this be bigger?
    Thanks for help

If I understand correctly, you want to make your icons a bit bigger.
To do this, right click on your Desktop, point to View and then select Medium or Large Icons.
If you also want the taskbar buttons to be bigger, right click your taskbar, select properties and UNcheck "Use small icons".

Have you tried changing the display configuration of your RDP session? There is a tab called Display where you can adjust the size of the remote desktop.
