    allocation of bandwidth

as we know whenever we download or upload any thing using torrents, it just suck every part of bandwidth available and takes time to load even Google or we have to close torrent client manually.
so can anyone make some script or batch file to automatically close torrent client when we run internet browser and re run the client when we close browser??
or some thing that would give whole bandwidth to browser when it runs and then turns it to torrent client when browser closes.
Hope that I'm able to explain what I'm tryn' to.. any solution for it??

You can reduce bandwith usage, the method would vary with the particular client you're using. E.g. Mutorrent has a "bandwidth" option under which you can set download rates.

i know i can use that but that to doesn't help while view some heavy site or a streaming video, and also when my browsing completes i have to change that bandwidth again so that i do get maximum download ..
