Slow network performance with Windows 7

File handling very slow and laggy Windows 7 and TurboNAS

Three Windows 7 64bit and to WinXP 32bit workstations connected with TurboNAS or Windows Server ( we tried difference)
several issues:
1) Data transferrate is just fine 30-50MB/s okay no complaints
2) Windows 7 explorer very laggy .. right clicking on large TIFF files concerns 5 to 10 seconds delay on to property windows open
..... !!! very different with WIN XP no delay property windows opens up immediately
3) Windows 7 Explorer refreshes every second !!!!! always never stops refreshing... collecting hundred of megabytes of data
please see the attached screenshot
......!!! not at all with Win XP
4) "open" and "save as" within Photoshop on Windows 7 is up to 10 times slower compared with Win XP but not the saving process itself ** its just the everlasting waiting for dialogue boxes.

What I did:
disable search
disable 128-bit encryption
netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled
disable Remote Differential Compression

any ideas what's wrong

kind regards
