Login details in Downloads folder

Hello all,

I have rather a strange problem concerning my Asus K72J Laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate x64. This beast has twin hard drives, the system drive is a 128gb SSD with a 320gb drive as storage. I also have two download folders, one on C (SSD) and one on D. Downloads through Firefox go to C and everything else goes to D.

I also have a home server and each time I log into it through the laptop the login details appear in D/Downloads as per below.

,jr,xxxxxxx,,192.168.0.3,,0

This appears at the top of the D/Downloads list as a folder with the above name. No matter how many times I delete this it always comes back!

This folder does not appear on either of my laptops running Linux Mint whenever I use them to log into the server, only on my Windows laptop which leads me to deduce that Windows is for some reason treating the server login box as a download!

Needless to say this is a bit of a security concern as there is not much point in having my server login appear as asterisks if my laptop saves it in plain view on my D drive!

Anybody else seen this or have any idea as to why it is happening?

Cheers
Jerry
