Pop-uping window

    Open Network and sharing centre - underneath the entry showing the name of the network you are connected to there should be a link stating "Home" if this is not so click n the link and change to either home, (you have a local network and are sharing files / printers), or Public, (you just have internet on this network)

    Just had a thought,

    Check your devices and see if there is an entry for a university printer - this would cause a pop-up as the system looks for the printer

    I have some news :). I realized that I can access Internet only via Opera browser. Other programs cant access Internet. When I tried IE this appears (in attachment). Probably it is some proxy set up. Hm? :)

    Does look like there is a proxy set-up - you should be able to remove this from within IE - Internet Options, if not go in via control panel
