Need help (FAST!)

Hey guys recently I have installed windows 7 and it wasn't upgrade so I've lost all my stuff, I really need to download world of Warcraft cataclysm or my guilds going to kick me . So can anybody help me to throttle my download speed down so other PC's on my network don't lag?

Well in that case you can download a download manager, where you can choose how much bandwidth you would like to use

Internet Download Manager works fine

1) Download from Download Internet Download Manager: high speed download accelerator
2) Install trial version
3) Find the URL of what you want to download, and paste it into the program
4) Click the dropdown menu "Downloads" and click on "Speed limiter"
