Windows 7: User Acct Sharing Nobody- Padlocked

User Acct Sharing Nobody- Padlocked

Win 7 Pro x64- New Machine has 2 accounts active one Dan (me) as Admin with full privileges and ASP Machine Acct. I built and installed the system from a Tiger Direct Kit. Sweet Deal-AMD Phenom II x3, 8gig mem, 1gig video, 1.5TB hhd for 400.00.
The opr sys installed automatically in about 30 min. really fast compared to XP Pro machines I built. This is my first shot at Win 7.
My user account, Dan, had sharing set to Nobody and a padlock next to it. I have a network this machine calls workgroup. I was able to copy my music folder to this machine from a computer on the network initially. some songs didn't copy and when I try to copy them I get a message saying I need Admin Privileges, which I have but it doesn't give me an option to say yes and complete the copy. In short it won't let me copy any kind of file from any other computer on my network to any directory or root or desktop on the Win 7 computer. I can only add files from a program on my computer. It wouldn't even let me copy a file from another computer to my cd drive. I tried to reset permissions to the music folder to Everyone which seems to work but when I review the sharing it still says Nobody with a padlock next to it. I, also, tried resetting permissions on the entire Hdd and other folders with the same results.
