wifi access point problems

I have a hp Pavilion g6-1004TX laptop. My wi-fi access point is not listed in my laptop automatically. It gets listed only after i save the wireless settings by clicking the Save button in my modem configuration page (i mean the page shown in Capture.JPG). This has to be done every time wifi access is needed in my laptop. But the other wifi access points at get listed automatically without the need of doing this. I'm using a UTStarcomm WA3002G4 modem, MAC addresses are enabled, Wireless Bridges are disabled. I have attached images from the modem configuration page for any other info needed about the device such as security, routing, basic device information, etc. Details about DHCP config can be found in Capture4.JPG. How do i make it connect automatically? Please help.
