Ongoing problem with connecting to home network/internet

Finally fixed a big-time memory issue, but ever since have had difficulty getting a stable internet connection. The system will show the network but rarely connects to it. (Though router is downstairs and through some walls, distance is probably not the cause--same computer/same location used to connect and a laptop sitting right next to it in the same room always connects with 4 or 5 bars.)

Connecting to a D-Link 802.11G router wirelessly.

Attaching IPCONFIG info below.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Have you changed the driver for your wireless card? If not perhaps Windows update saw fit to update it for you, and now you have one that is different from when it was working.

Yes, I would guess that the wireless driver has been updated as this computer has a couple of programs on it that are always scanning for driver updates. I will try going to D-Link for a driver that matches the router and let you know what happens.
