Internet disconnects for a second

You should go out and look for updated manufacturer drivers yourself. Have you gone to Intel and searched for your motherboard and downloaded the drivers yourself? You should get the motherboard chipset drivers and the NIC drivers.

What type of AV, Security or Firewall Software do you have installed?
Do you have port forwarding setup in your router for the games?

My network keeps disconnecting, then identifying network then reconnecting every 15seconds. If I play something like Battlefield Bad Company 2 or Call of Duty 4 it creates massive rubber banding in the game.

I am on a wired connection. It is not my router as I have Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit running on my laptop and it works fine on both wired and wireless.

Any one have any solutions?
