Windows 7: DC++ autoreconnect

DC++ autoreconnect

Hey there everyone. I am using DC++ at the moment for LAN sharing. The problem is my net disconnects after every 1.8 gigs of data shared on lan. This is the rule by the HUB admin I suppose.

DC++ hangs when it tries to reconnect or I manually reconnect after it disconnects. I have to close it and then restart the software again.

Can Apex DC++ solve the problem?

Also one major issue I am facing is that I am on a wireless router(Belkin N150) but my desktop is connected to it through ethernet cable from the router. I cannot search on DC++ or even download from DC++ when I am on wifi. I have to use the dialer to dial up due to which my wifi shuts. Only then I can use DC.
Is there any setting where I can use wifi and DC++ on my desktop at the same time?
