| | Problem with Windows Dialer - Too Many Instances Clog the System I have a problem with Windows Dialer - too many instances clog the system at start up. Is there a way to force Windows to have only one instance of it open at any one time ? Some time I can get up to 100 windows open at one time and it is really a pain to deal with. Here is what I mean by "Windows Dialer". I remember it wasn't like this before, but then I changed some setting and the problem appeared. I have no idea what I changed, it was so long ago and only today I figured I really have had enough of this. I use PPOE to connect to the Internet, so I can't skip the Dial-up process, without buying a modem, sadly. |
