Unidentified Network on Desktop
Hello, First of all, I have attempted to search the net and have been unable to find anything that has helped me so far. Basically, I return home from being away over the weekend and all of the sudden the wired connection on my desktop has quit working. I now have a yellow triangle with exclamation point and it says unidentified network and I cannot load any webpages. I have tried to reset some services, release/renew in cmd, uninstall and reinstall network driver, and reset the router. All of this did nothing. I even plugged in the cable to my laptop, whose wireless works, and viola! the wired connection worked. So it is definitely some setting on my desktop. Does anybody have ay ideas? I can post some shots of stuff just let me know what you want to see. This is very aggravating as it was working flawlessly on Friday evening and the for no reason on Monday it has quit working. =/ I really hope somebody is able to help me.
