    Well, I am not well-acquainted with the network config and do not remember the password, so if its up to the network settings, may be it is better to contact the Provider and have it fixed by a professional.

    If you contact your ISP and get your details for accessing the internet from them, you should be able to download the instruction manual from the internet. Once you have this available to you, the manual should tell you how to reset the router back to factory defaults. From there, if you then follow the manual and put in the settingsa given by your ISP then you should be able to get full control of your network.
