    Gigabyte P45-UD3P Ethernet

I am having trouble finding ethernet drivers for this board. So far the ones provided with the Gigabyte dvd and the Vista 64-bit drivers from the website do not work.

Anyone have this same issue or know a solution?

Hi phishingjimi, and wellcome to Sevenforums.

I just did a google search for your motherboard, and according to this page,

    Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

in the specifications it says your board has 2 LAN ports, both of them have Realtek chipset 8111C :

    Onboard LAN :

    LAN Chipset Realtek 8111C
    Second LAN Chipset Realtek 8111C
    Max LAN Speed Dual 10/100/1000Mbps

So the solution to your problem is to go directly to the Realtek site, and download the appropriate NIC drivers from the chipset manufacturer themselves.

    Realtek

In this page there is a table with a collection of drivers for various operating systems, including Windows 7. You can download either the driver only, which is around 350KB file and install this driver manually, or you can download Auto Installation Program package, 5329KB in size, and run it for automatic install of the drivers.

    Hope this helps.

This looks like it can do the trick, I'll try it when I get home.

    Thank you.

unfortunately that one did not work. I've had no luck with this board, the PCI WMP54G wireless adapter or a new PCI Intel Pro GT card.

Has anyone found a card that works, or would a fresh 32-bit install cure my troubles? haha

I have the same board and have had no problem. It must be another issue. I have installed 2 versions of 64bit Windows 7 and 0 problem whatsoever.

I am running the Realtek 6.195.625.2007 drivers. They work great!
