WIN7 Client Access Denied on WIN2000 Server

I have a client server system with windows 7 machine client and Windows 2000 server PDC. i have the Windows 7 client on the Win2000 domain and using the roaming profile from the Server when the client logs in. The problem is i get the Access Denied when i try to launch programs on the server. I have enabled the File sharing, Printer sharing, Network discovery, done the permissions, security and turn off the windows firewall but nothing seems to work. Please help me!!
