Default means original, try removing it then installing one of the drivers given above. It may of installed a faulty driver. If there isn't a driver for the device at all just leave it and install a new one. | | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop

OpenGL I think is graphics rendering software. opengl - Google Search
