Windows 7: WAN Bandwidth Monitor

Hi there, Does anyone know of a (preferably) free app that will tell me how much bandwidth each computer on my network is using? I don't need to know exactly 'what' is being downloaded, just 'how much'. I don't need flashy graphs or any of the stuff. Ideally I would just like a list of the IP Addresses for each computer and how much they've downloaded/uploaded over a given length of time. Cheers for any help anyone can give.
