No write access libraries

Dear fellow forum members. I'm trying to solve the following problem: i have two computers running the 7100rc build and they're within a homegroup. I do have read access to a shared library, but when i try to delete or move a file, a "no write access" error pops up. When i share a folder that isn't part of a library, it does work normally.

How can i get the libraries to be shared with write access?
