Wifi Randomly Disconnects

I recently bought a Lenovo V570 and a Dell Inspiron N5110 from Best Buy but I am having an issue with both of them. Both have Intel i5 processors so it has to be something to do with it. My Wifi randomly disconnects and sometimes it automatically reconnects and sometimes it doesn't connect back. I am using a Netgear router connected to Charter high speed internet. The weird thing is I can connect an iPhone 4, Motorola Xoom, and an older Dell laptop with no problem. Someone please help. This is driving me crazy!!

If your using 802.1x Authentication please disable it by going into network and sharing center-then to your wireless adapter and click properties and disable it by unchecking it. If you not using that protocol your probably getting a weak signal from the router Netgear routers are known for that.

Yeah I am still having issues. I reset my router and set everything back up but the Internet will only stay connected for about 10 minutes max. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Hello,

Make sure that you have the latest firmware for your router. You may download it from the Netgear's site. Use a wired connection to install the firmware.

If you're still having an issue after the update please provide the following:

Install and run Xirrus Wi-Fi Inspector.
Click on the 'Show Networks' to display all wireless networks on the xirrus icon on your desktop of if you have one running in a corner. Tap the Printscreen key on your keyboard, open up Paint then choose Edit from the Menu and select Paste, then SAVE it. Upload and attached it here, click on Go Advanced and locate Manage Attachments Tab and attached the file.
