Do you wish to stay connected?

When I changed to Windows 7 and connected to the internet, every now and then, it asked whether I wanted to stay connected. I disabled this message, but now I would like to get it back. Does anybody know how to do this?

    Hello,

Please try this: Go to System Preferences=> Network, then choose your Network connection(the problematic one). Click on the PPPoE tab, then click on PPPoE Options button near the bottom there should be you see 2 check boxes, uncheck both.

Did it work? Please let us know.

Apologize for the wrong info, that was for a Mac, oops. Is there a 3rd party program that you are using to have this enable/disabled?

Are you on a dial-up connection?

I have an ADSL connection. This only came up when I changed to Windows 7, so I don't think it is a 3rd party program, but assume it is a windows feature.

Have you tried disabling the Power Management, see if that helps?

Also, have you tried using a diff. browser - Chrome or Firefox?

My default browser is Chrome, so will switch to IE and see if it works.
