New Build Strange Network Problem?

Before i start my desktop build is NZXT Tower with Evga p55 FTW installed along with everything else this problem just started yesterday.

Last week everything was fine my connections were great i could watch streaming videos without a problem but yesterday that changed since i have another computer for which my family uses usual i have to disconnect the cable wire from the Evga p55 FTW Ethernet chipset in the backside, and as i finally i could use my build something went wrong.

I reconnected the modem cable into the Ethernet just fine and everything else was just fine to but thats not what the Troubleshoot problems said.

It claimed this

Windows tested your Internet connection and verified that your able to access some websites.
I tried re installing windows 7 home and tried (I m having a different problem option)
I just don't know what to do now.

Please can anyone help me with my issue?

Also how do you change ips in windows 7 if i recall Vista did it automatically.

Looking forward to an reply
