I can access sourceforge.net, but I cannot ping it, nor can I use SSH to access its servers. Also, I've tried to connect to another port besides Port 80 on the website, and I always get the error "An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions." Technically, the error I should really get is that the connection timed out or the server failed to respond.
After doing a bit of experimenting, I see that this error is returned when it is being blocked by a firewall. I checked Windows Firewall, and there are no rules that should be blocking this. Also, I can ping the website from my router and another computer in the same network, so I know this is a computer issue.
Can anyone help me?
