If I may jump here....
Pls. try this first, continue with the next tasks if this didn't work. Click on Start. Type services.msc and press Enter. Find the Bonjour Service. Right click on the service and select Properties. Change the Startup type to Disabled. Click the Stop button. You can then close the Services window. Reboot the machine.
If above suggestion is not a success please try the following:
Open up an elevated command prompt
then type ROUTE DELETE 0.0.0.0
press enter, see if the issue persist after.
You may also try replacing the problematic network adapter if you have not gone to this route yet.
AV, Firewall or Security Software - expired or existing can also be an obstacle. Completely removing/uninstalling it from your computer might help.
Let us know if it works or not then pls proceed with the router reset to the factory default setting as suggested.
