Don't really understand the issue.
While it's true that nearly all homes are wired with Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) for telephone service, and if you did wrap them around an unshielded network cable, you MIGHT get some interference, just having wired jacks in the wall of your house is not going to interfere with internet traffic.
