Hi, I want to stream multimedia files on my desktop PC, (Windows 7 x64) connected via Wired LAN (of WIFI router), WIFI devices are connected to Wireless router

Have you setup a domain or are you using Homegroups for connectivity to your laptop? Can you post a picture of your Network & Sharing Centre screen?
You will need to pull the media files from the end device rather than push from the PC - hope you can understand that!
This means that first of all we need to ensure that your devices can see the PC and have access to the media files. Have you shared the directory containing the media files?

I have a Folder on my laptop, with read/write access to PC
I can Read/Write files on this folder
unable to share any folder on my pc

With WMP12, stream option
I can Stream all songs of laptop on my PC
I Can only stream, a very little number of songs of my PC on my Laptop
I have found trial of browser-based solution
A Free DLNA Media Server For Mac, Windows, and Linux
but it doesn't support mobiles
only some files not all
I can only stream <50 files via WMP 12
I have 1000s of song on my PC's WMP library
