Network share permissions HELP!

Hey guys,

Im having a weird issue trying to share a drive on my win7 machine with the rest of the house.

This computer is set up as an HT-PC and i have a bunch of drive in it. Ive never had any issues with sharing anything up until now. I bought 2 2tb drives and created raid0. When trying to share ANYTHING from that drive (the whole drive or folders) people on the network get a "You do not have permissions to access \\..." message. Every other share from the same computer that originates from a different drive works with no issues.

As far as i can tell all the settings and permissions are the exact same across the board so I can't figure out what the issue might be

Does it have something to do with the fact that its raid0? It seems to be the only difference.

Hi There,

Did you try Accessing the drive as a administrative share meaning \\your_ip_address\Drive

example \\192.168.1.1\D$

My Computer

OS
Windows 7 Ultimate X64
So if the computer with the shares is 192.168.0.194 and the drive i'm sharing is "H", I'd type in \\192.168.0.194\h$ from any computer that has issues?

Just tried it and it gives me a connect to HT-PC log in dialog. I don't have a password set though nor do I have passwords turned on in sharing so I'm not sure what to put in here.
