Windows 7: Can't find wireless channel 13

Can't find wireless channel 13

The wireless internet connection at the office has been playing up, so someone called O2 (ISP) and they've changed the router to Channel 13 apparently.
Now my laptop (running Windows 7) won't show the network. It doesn't list it as one of the available networks so I can't connect to it.
I know the wireless network is running fine as other devices here are picking it up OK, but I can't seem to find a way to make Windows 7 detect this network.
Any suggestions?
