Hi Hopes,

Can you provide a little more information please.

What version of windows are you using?
Do you have the latest drivers for your network card?
What network are you on, assuming home network, what's your network topography?
What router/DHCP server do you have?

These should help answer your last question about the internet going off. However with regards to IPv6, mine says 'no ntwork access' as well and I can use the internet fine, what do you want the IPv6 for?

Thanks,
Max

IPv6 is an emergent technology, (to cater for the problem that we are running out of IPv4 addresses), it is normal for this to not be active at the present.

As the internet infrastructure and also our home routers & modems support this technology, it will be brought on line
