Yep, sounded like a faulty router. Please keep us posted.
And i have mentioned above that wired and wireless both don't connect to internet but just the router.
So for wired and wireless i face the same problem

I faced a new problem!
Yesterday i was working on my laptop with internet ON via my old wired router, and suddenly the LAN's LED light disappeared and i was disconnected. And in Network Connections(ncpa.cpl) i could not see that LAN. Also in device manager i could not see the driver associated with my ethernet LAN(Realtek RTL8102E/RTL8103E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC). Then i plugged out the cable and plugged in back but it didn't work. I had to restart the laptop...it didn't detect the connection till i manually installed the drivers back. But the configuration on Windows was retained back.
I don't know what's the matter
But it's sure thing that my WLAN router and laptop don't work with each other :/
EDIT: I think i got the reason for that! - Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
Will see if the problem persists
Thanks

Oh this is ridiculous!
I can't figure out what's the problem!!!!!!!!!!
I disabled allow computer to turn off..... but still sometimes i get disconnected...either the device is un-detected or it shows Limited Access! ... and REPAIR the driver and that too doesn't work, then i restart windows.
So i can't figure out what's wrong....
Am really confused...
The ISP's sent their men at my house today for router replace, but no one was at home
Is this for both wired and wireless connections? I guess, you'll just have to wait for the ISP Tech to show up and please keep us posted.
Have you ever tried my suggestion in Post# 2? Connect to another Hotspot or Wi-Fi Networks? You've mentioned that you were going to give this a try, then I don't recall or seen an update.
No i didn't get time to connect to 1 wireless spot
But the shocking stuff is i connected to internet today(with that router without any fix by ISP's)..in both wireless and wired!
I don't know what is/was wrong...i did some changes with network settings and others in Windows...
When i figure out the exact issue i will post it here so someone with similar problem will get help.
Still i face that wired connection problem...the driver goes missing anytime!
A question: Can Power Saver Plan cause all these problems? Though the Power Saver Plan had Max priority to Network Adapter, can it be the reason?
Thanks

If you are getting disconnected try to Disable the problematic network adapter's Power Saving Mode.
Windows 7 Wired Network Adapter enters power save mode (Network Steve Forum)
What AV or Security Software do you have running?
Let's try something else:
If you have Bonjour installed, please uninstall it.
Completly Uninstall and Remove Bonjour Service and Files (mDNSResponder.exe, mdnsNSP.dll) for Windows « Amarjeet Rai’s Blog
Install and run Malwarebytes:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com
Click on Start and type msconfig, locate the Start up and Services Tab, disable any Apps and Services that are unnecessary to run.
Run sfc/ scannow:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
If none of the above helps, you might want to consider a restore to factory default of your laptop, try a different Network Adapter or a Clean O/S install....don't know what else to suggest.
executed sfc /scannow ... and will remove bonjour later...
And yea, Malwarebytes has been with me since 2 years
Tomorrow, will let you know if i still face any problems.
Thanks
