Error 619 internet connection

I'm Having a big problem here please help me guyz,i'm using a broadband internet,it was working fine in windows XP and windows 7,But now,i re-installed windows 7,and re-installed the software and the driver of the broadband,then i got this error "Error 691: The remote connection was denied because the username and password combination you provided is not recognized, or the selected authentication protocol is not permitted on the remote access server"
Please, help me i don't know what to do,i don't have another place to ask,i only have you on the web

When you re-installed 7, did you load up all the mobo drivers...ie chipset driver - which usally has the LAN driver with it, sound driver, GPU driver. What does it look like in the device manager, any yellow triangles w/exclamation points in it?

Yes,There are those yellow triangles in other devices,there are in base system device and base system device,what to do now?

Double click on the devices with yellow triangles, go in details tab, choose property Hardware IDs and google the ID. Once you find out what device is missing it's drivers, go to the manufacturer website and download drivers .. or see if you already have them on the CD. But first find out what device is not working properly.

Also are you on PPPoE or PPP .. which means, do you connect through a Ethernet cable or a USB modem ?

Did you figure it out ? If not, look in Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Phone and Modem (if the icon is missing in ctrl panel use the search bar .. just type modem), select country and enter any area code (if asks), go under tab Modems and see if your modem is there and if indicates as attached. If is not there, the driver for modem is missing. Go in device manager and see which one of those devices with a yellow triangle is located on USB (i.e.under General tab is something like this -> Location: Port_#0004.Hub_#0002). Then go in Details tab an look for Hardware ID.
If you can't find the driver, post the ID here and I'll help.

I Found the My Modem There it installed,look it sometimes connects to the internet ad sometimes that error appears while i'm trying to connect,it's kinda weird
