    Same issue here.

    Im having the same issue here. They have a guide to set up vista that i used and went through the steps no problem etc so seemed pretty the same. But no domain asked when box comes up. Settings applied in the guide were

    --> Network Connection Sharing
    -->Create Network Connection
    -->Connect Manually to Wireless network.
    ---> Security Type= WPA-Enterprise and Encryption=TKIP
    ---> Click Change Connection Settings >> Security Tab
    ---> Microsoft PEAP Authentication Method >> Settings
    ---> Uncheck validate server certificate.

    And thats it. Go's fine in Vista but no go in 7 same issue with no domain option. If anyone knows the solution would help alot thanks.

    Nevermind i was able to do it by going to properties of the connection > Security tab > Settings by auth option > Configure (by Select Authentication Method:) > Uncheck -Automatically use my Windows login name and password (and domain if any). Odd cause it doesn't ask for domain still, but does connect just fine. Just letting ya know in case anyone else is having trouble with this.

    At my school we use the same style log in (Wpa-Enterprise.)

    Open network center>
    Manage Wireless Networks>
    Add>
    Manually Create...>
    Fill out>
    Change settings>
    Setting button>
    Un-Check server certificate>
    Click configure button>
    Then un-click automatically use my windows log on>
    When you connect next time it will ask for your information, and domain should be there.

    Windows 7 changes one thing more. In the securit tab, advance configuration button, (802.1X configuration) check specify the autentication option and choose users or computers.

    Sorry but my OS lang is spanish and I translate it best I can.
