Can't connect to my win 7 pro x64 through remote desktop
Hi you guys doing? Just joined the forum and I've been reading through tons of really helpful posts here but I'm still having a bit of a problem.
I have multiple XP Pro machines on my network and I'm able to connect to them using remote desktop on my win 7 Pro x64 machine but I'm not able to connect the opposite way from any of my xp pro machines to my win 7 machine.
Actually i'm also having problems connecting my wifi midi controllers to my win 7 machine as well. Nothing seems to find or connect to my win 7 machine.
I've forwarded all the correct ports on my router to the correct listening ports on the machine and have all the remote desktop services on. I've shut off all the firewalls and have gone through all the incoming and outgoing rules setup by the win 7 machine but still nothing.
I've seen a lot of people having trouble with remote desktop and if anyone can think of something I may be missing I'd be grateful for the help.
Thanks in advance.
