| Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit 4 posts Wellington, New Zealand | Dial-up slower than usual Hi guys, My PC tanked on me recently so I connected up the phone line to my laptop to use the internet(dial-up). However, the speed is way way slower than on my PC even though the hardware is far more modern. I've updated the drivers, upped the max connection speed etc but it's made no noticeable effect  What can I do?
