Hi Ken,
Maybe you have a self configuring modem/router but a lot of people don't.
After a reset the modem doesn't know anything. They will have to put in the provider name, the login from the provider, the password.
then they will have to choose PPPOE or PPPOA or Bridged and a few more variants.
I have ETHoA, another variant.
They will have to setup IP ranges etcetera.
With some modems it can be a real b*tch resetting.
Since he has no problems with the other computers connecting, we have to assume it is in the wireless settings of the computer in question.
And I suspect Windows 7 RC of being the culprit, because it worked with XP.
