Windows 7 Professional do not sync shared folders

I'm having problems with two diferentes Windows 7 Professional computers, I'm opening a shared folder on a WinXP Computer but I don't see any new files, I can see them if I disconnect and reconnect the shared folder. All the computer are logged on windows 2003 R2 server domain. Any Idea?

    Welcome to SF,

Do you have the shared folders mapped from the Win 7 machine? Try to disconnect and re-create the mapped drive, make sure that Reconnect at logon" checkbox is checked.

Tx for answer, if I disconnect the shared and map again the folder, the content seems to be ok, but if I create a new file on the local folder, is not show on the mapped drive, I have 6 computers mapping the folder two of then in Win7 and the others on WinXP, this problem does not ocurr on WinXP just in WIN7, and the users can't be disconnecting and reconnecting the unit every time the problem occurs and please don't answer something like "reinstall the computers on WinXP"
