Windows 7 - Docking Station

I have a Dell D620. When i connect to my docking station. I can not access my my wireless, air card or lan connection.

I have plenty of these docks in my company, and have had a few god bad. That would explain the LAN net working, but your wireless and air card shouldn't be affected in any way. Are you saying that if you are connected to your network by wireless, and you dock your laptop...then connection drops and the card disables?

The way our computers are configured. I have to disable all commucation device before I can dock my computer on the docking station. Once I place my computer on the docking station. I have to enable one of the communicate devices. The computer stay in a loop refreshing trying to find it. In order for me to get access to the wireless or the verizon card i have to be undock from the docking station.

I can't imagine setting up a computer like that on purpose, or even how I'd go about doing that....or even why I'd want to do such a thing. Have you gone and asked your IT staff why this is done and have them fix the issue? Given that it is a company system, that is your best bet, as opposed to trying to mess around with it yourself.
