No network access, unidentified network error
Hi everyone. A few days ago my computer was infected with OpenCloudSecurity spyware and after multiple virus/spyware scans I finally got rid of it. Unfortunately sometime during this my Toshiba Satellite laptop stopped connecting to my WiFi. I know it's not the router or modem because my phone and my brothers laptop (the one I'm using now) still connect fine. I even tried connecting it directly to the modem. I've searched up and down on different forums on the net for fixes and tried many of them unfortunately to no avail. Usually when this stuff happened I would just restore my system. Upon trying, to my disappointment: no restore points! Damn! I tried fixing my registry with WinASO. Rescanned with my virus scanners. Disabled and Re-enabled the Network card. Reset the ipconfig setting under command prompt. I'm at a loss at this point and it's been going on a week that it hasn't connected. If anyone could help me you'd be a life saver. Thanks a bunch.
P.S. - Not sure if this helps but here's my copy pasta'd ipconfig settings:
