Windows 7 - How to connect to the HDD connected to airport extreme from windows7

Hello,
I have PC with windows 7 home premium 64. It is connected to apple airport extreme. The internet is working fine, i have access to the printer connected to airport extreme as well. However i can not access the seagate hdd which is also connected to airport extreme. I can not see the aiport extreme in an window (network, etc.). I have tried to connect by mapping the drive using the ip adress of airport extreme. Every time i try to do this i receive the message that i should check whther the name is correct and that the connection can not be established. When i push the solving tool the message is that remote device does not allow smb connections.
I have to add that when i am using the airport tool the disk is visible in that tool.
Pleasr help, what should i do to share the files form the hhd attached to airport extreme?
