Wake on lan from sleep not working

My pc can wake up from sleep if it is shut down, but if it's on sleep or hibernated, i can not wake him up.
I've already turned on everything in Bios and Windows.
There no option like WakeOnLAN from Sleep, just WakeOnLan from PowerOff in network adapter's Advanced tab properties.

I've also updated network car driver. Maybe I should try with other network card?

Instead of typing it out all myself this is essentially what I would have said, and it has more details.
Windows 7 Issues: Wake-on-Lan (WOL) for Windows 7 Made Easy!
Waking when power is off, is strictly up to the bios, windows isn't even coming into play on that.

My problem was with D-Link dir100 poor functions. After ~15min of shutdown or sleep (hybrid), arp table go clear and magic packet stuck at router.
My new dir615 has the broadcast function. Virtual server -> 9 UDP 192.168.?.255
It's unlikely you will.

What about this: Stop network adapter from getting disabled?
