I would ring them and ask them to do tests on the line yes, but at this stage its more likely to be your wireless connection.

And what else can I try on my own regarding my wireless connection?

Changing it to 802.11b/g. You can try changing the wireless encryption to WPA2.

Hmm.. After about 10.30PM I had absolutely no troubles. Maybe I just need to change the wireless channel or something?

Did you try changing it to 802.11b/g?

You can try changing the wireless channel but because there are no other wireless networks in range it probably wont make any difference.

    Hello,

You're on Channel 6, it won't hurt to try changing the Wireless Channel to 1 or 11. The Xirrus shows a signal issue. Try moving your computer closer to the Router and see if it makes a difference.
Does your router have the latest firmware? Might want to find out.

Can you run another speedtest, this time use a wired connection and post the results here?

How's your wired connection? Is it better than the wireless?

Is 2mbps your signed up bandwidth from your ISP? Doesn't seem to be enough if you are a heavy gamer or others in your home are doing heavy online activities as well.

Changed it to b/g. Not much difference.
Changed to channel 1,2,10,11 and none of them did anything different.
Wired works fine, but it's not a great option as I'm halfway across the house.
And yes 2mbps is what I signed up for. Australian internet = horrible .

Two days ago the internet was working perfectly for 48 hours, for no real reason - it just started to work.
Then I had to put my router into a new PC and it began to show problems again.

    Hi xChase,

Yes, I have heard very bad things about Australian Internet .

As per 2xg's post, have you checked the Firmware version? (You will be an expert on this router before long lol).
