    Found it!

It is a verry long solution and it took me 1/2 hour to find it. Here it goes:

    Windows 7 HOST
    1. On the connection you want to share, enable ICS and make sure that on Networking tab you have these 2 on (my connection is dial-up; for cable, you have them on the main page)
    2. On the connection that connects the 2 computers (mine is cable) have the same options like me

    3. (Win+Break) Check the workgroup

    Windows XP CLIENT
Run from Network connections the Install a homegroup or small office network wizard (or smth. like that)
    1. Choose This computer connects to the Internet through a residential getaway or through another computer on my network and Next >
    2. Fill the the Comp. description and Comp. name and Next >
    3. Type the homegroup on Windows 7 CLIENT
    4. Turn on file and printer sharing

    Restart all the computers
    That worked for me
    Good luck
