Remote Access with Iomega Network Harddrive Cloud edition problems

I recently purchased the iomega home media network hard drive - Cloud edition from newegg and got it all setup and updated, I absolutely love the thing. Being able to access 1TB of disk space from any computer in the house, my iTouch, PS3, it's all awesome. But i'm having a hell of a time figuring out how to set up the remote access properly so I can access all my files from the internet on any computer.

It uses a service called TZO DNS, so when I enter the web address of my harddrive it should just take me straight to my devices home page where I can access all my files, but instead its taking me to my Linksys router config page. I've tried setting up a static IP address, port forwarding on ports 443 and 21 to the devices ip address, changing my remote access port on the router, i'm sure i'm just missing something real simple but I can't figure it out. If anyone else has any clue as to what I need to do to make this work i'd appreciate any help. Thanks!
