Actually this make very little sense.
Though I actually saw something somewhat similar from another user recently
We only really ran through 2 steps though.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
To make sure windows wasn't messed up.
Then when that failed.
Repair Install
Which restores windows to it's initial settings without removing your data or programs.

i tried both of the things you have mentioned. but i can not do anyone of them because it does not allow me.
look in simple words, this is my computer; i am the only one who uses it and whenever i try something to delete,copy/paste,open C or D, run a prgoram or install anything it says you are not the administrator.
things you mentioned can not be performed.

sorry for my bad english. it is not my mother tounge.

Try Start / Run / control userpasswords2 to change/create an administrative account.

One of my users had similar thing happening to his home pc. He had a virus on his pc which was effecting his admin credentials. Download and run Vipre Rescue tool from the link below. You can run this tool even if you have currently some kind of anti virus installed.

VIPRE Rescue - VIPRE Computer Recovery Solution from Sunbelt Software

Hope this helps.

Let's start at the beginning...

First, are you sure that your current account still has administrative rights? Are you having access problems with all files or just some?

Here's a thought right click a file and after you've followed the instructions from this link ,http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windo...menu-in-vista/ it is kosha works well, you will have a new item Take ownership in the right click context menu. If permissions have got mixed up for any reason, this will give you control of the files.

Just an idea, it might work.

yes all.
for eg:
1: i do not have acess to my C and D drive.
2: i can not cut,copy,paste,delete any file.
3: i can not install or unistall any program.
4: i can not change any network status.(enable or disable)
5: i do not have acess to basic windows programs like Word, Picture Manager, Powerpoint, Movie Maker.
6: if i start my computer in Safe Mode then only i can do SOME tasks.
