Where do I find Offline files to open them in an application ?

I've manged to Sync some files for offline use, and I can view them in the Sync Center. But I cannot work out how to navigate to them from an application (say a text editor) when I'm NOT on line. In other words, I don't know where they are on my hard drive. It seems they are in a folder called 'Offline files folder', but I can't find that anywhere.

I'm probably missing something very obvious, but I'd be grateful for some help, please.

    Hello,

    1) Open your Sync Center (Start/All Programs/Accessories/Sync Center) and click on “Manage offile files”:
    2) Click on the button “View your offline files”

    Open them from within there.

Thank you. Yes, I knew I could do that (and have). What I'm hoping for is to be able to open them by browsing from within my application. That's eluding me because when I browse I can't find the 'Offline Files Folder'. Perhaps it doesn't exist in that context ?
