Network is slow I've tried EVERYTHING! please help

I have windows 7 64bit and all of the pcs on my network are fine exept mine which is extremely slow. It was fast when I booted into safe mode with networking, but other than that it's slow. I figured if I reinstalled windows in 32bit it would work since 64bit isn't really helping me. However I just did this and it's still just as slow, and I haven't even installed anything on it yet. how do I fix this because it's getting REALLY anoying!?

Can we get your system specs and network setup?

Are there mixed OS machiines on the network?

    Have you re-installed the driver?

I have a quad core AMD processor at ~2 ghz or whatever, 4gb ddr3, a gigabyte motherboard, and a nvidia geforce gt240, all pretty new, I built this system in jan or feb, I have 2 PCs with xp and 2 with vista, and they all have basically the same internet speed which is pretty fast, my internet provider is qwest, and we have an actiontec wireless router, but all our pcs are connected through ethernet cables and netgear switches. I also have a macbook that I can connect to our network wirelessly and it always seems to be faster than our pcs I haven't reinstalled my network driver, but I looked for updated ones and there aren't any newer than 2007.

So I installed the driver for my graphics card and my internet's being pretty fast now, so I guess installing 32 bit fixed it.
