Intel proset wired question

    Intel proset wired question


    Before I was able to access a utility to check connections, etc. Now I have nothing after I updated the drivers. The IPROSetMonitor doesn't open. It's started in services but I can't test anything.

    Isn't there supposed to be something to check all that?

    Try Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center.
    Click on Local Are Connection then click the Diagnose button.

    I still don't get no advanced tap also I'm trying to install the 16.0 driver and it tells me I already have it, this is what mine is

    driver version 11.13.51.0

    According to the ASUS web site, this is what's available for LAN:

    Intel proset wired question-asus-p8p67-deluxe.jpg

    Intel shows as 15.6.0.0 with a 2011/10/21 update.

    Are you trying to download from the Intel site? If so, why?

    No matter where I download it from it still says I have the latest version [11.13.51.0]

    What does Device Manager show for the Intel NIC? For instance, mine has this:

    no mine doesn't have the advanced. But I downloaded the one from Asus and that one worked and I got the link speed tab, advanced tab vlan tab, etc.
